73.  In rule 8 (termination after notice)—

(a) in paragraph (6), for “adjudicator”, in both places, substitute “First-tier Tribunal”;

(b) in paragraph (8)(e), for “adjudicator or the High Court”, substitute “First-tier Tribunal or the Upper Tribunal”.
