The Leasehold Reform (Notices) Regulations 1997

18.  In the Schedule to the Leasehold Reform (Notices) Regulations 1997(1), in Form 3 (form of landlord’s notice under Part 1 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967), in Note 3, omit “leasehold valuation”.
