PART 1 Provisions consequential upon transfer of functions from rent assessment committees for areas in England

Housing Act 1988

90.  In section 41A(1) (amounts attributable to services)—

(a) for “rent assessment committee” substitute “appropriate tribunal”;

(b) for “committee” substitute “tribunal”;

(c) after “section 42” insert “or 42A”.
