In section 2146 (tenant’s right to apply to tribunal for appointment of manager)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for “a leasehold valuation tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”;

(b)

after subsection (7), insert—

“(8)

For the purposes of this Part, “appropriate tribunal” means—

(a)

in relation to premises in England, the First-tier Tribunal or, where determined by or under Tribunal Procedure Rules, the Upper Tribunal; and

(b)

in relation to premises in Wales, a leasehold valuation tribunal.”
