In section 106 (reduction of period of notice on account of lessee’s default)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for “a rent tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”;

(b)

in subsection (2), for “the rent tribunal” in both places, substitute “the appropriate tribunal”.
