In section 10320 (notice to quit served after reference of contract to rent tribunal)—

(a)

in the heading, omit “rent”;

(b)

in subsection (1), for “a rent tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”;

(c)

in subsection (2)(a) and (b), for “the rent tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”.
