In section 8017 (reconsideration of rent after registration)—

(a)

in subsection (1)—

(i)

after “entered in the register under section 79” insert “or 79A”;

(ii)

for “rent” in the second place, substitute “appropriate”;

(b)

in subsection (2)—

(i)

after “section 79” insert “or 79A”;

(ii)

for “a rent tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”.
