In section 67 (compensation for long-term improvements: consent required), at the end of subsection (7) insert “(where the Tribunal is the Agricultural Land Tribunal) or by Tribunal Procedure Rules (where the Tribunal is the First-tier Tribunal or the Upper Tribunal)”.
