Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993

112.  In section 70(1) (approval by leasehold valuation tribunal of estate management scheme)—

(a) in the heading, omit “leasehold valuation”;

(b) in subsections (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (10), for “a leasehold valuation tribunal” substitute “the appropriate tribunal”.
