1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Temporary Class Drug) Order 2012 and comes into force on 5th April 2012.
(2) In this Order the “2001 Regulations” means the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001(1).
