These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Contributions) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 6th April 2012.

The amendments made by regulation 8 have effect in relation to contributions paid in respect of the tax year 2011-2012 and subsequent tax years.
