5. In regulation 2(1) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010(1), in the definition of “excluded waste operation”, for “regulation 7(1) of the Controlled Waste Regulations 1992, substitute “regulation 3(2) of the Controlled Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2012”.
