13.  In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991(1) (rate of benefit)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£73.60” substitute “£77.45”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£49.30” substitute “£51.85”;

(c) in paragraph (1)(c) for “£19.55” substitute “£20.55”;

(d) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£51.40” substitute “£54.05”; and

(e) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£19.55” substitute “£20.55”.
