The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2012

Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 272(7) of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service Act 20061.
The Treasury has consented to the making of this Order as required by paragraph 1(7) of that Schedule.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2012 and comes into force on 31st March 2012.
Originating capital of NHS trusts2
The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule is the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the Schedule.
