Paragraph 26 of Schedule 6 (amendment of FA 2009)

20.  The repeal of the definition of “charity” in paragraph 8 of Schedule 49 to FA 2009(1) (general interpretation) made by paragraph 26 of Schedule 6 comes into force on 1st April 2012.
