The day appointed for the purposes of—
(a)
section 25(2)(a) of the Act (meaning of financial year),
(b)
paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act (transfer or property etc.), and
(c)
paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the Act (old Comptroller and Auditor General to continue to be Comptroller and Auditor General),
is 1st April 2012.
