The Pensions Act 2004 (Disclosure of Restricted Information by the Pensions Regulator – Amendment) Order 2012
In accordance with section 86(2) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with the Pensions Regulator.
Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Disclosure of Restricted Information by the Pensions Regulator – Amendment) Order 2012.

It comes into force on 6th April 2012.
Amendment of Schedule 3 to the Pensions Act 20042.

Schedule 3 to the Pensions Act 2004 (restricted information held by the Regulator: certain permitted disclosures to facilitate exercise of functions) is amended in accordance with this article.

in paragraph (h), for “Institute or Faculty” in each place it occurs substitute “Institute and Faculty”.

This Order amends Schedule 3 to the Pensions Act 2004 (c.35) to replace references to the Institute of Actuaries and to the Faculty of Actuaries with references to the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, which is the new body formed by the merger of the Institute of Actuaries and the Faculty of Actuaries.
