Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 86(2)(a)(iii) of the Pensions Act 20041.
In accordance with section 86(2) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted with the Pensions Regulator.
Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Disclosure of Restricted Information by the Pensions Regulator – Amendment) Order 2012.

It comes into force on 6th April 2012.
Amendment of Schedule 3 to the Pensions Act 20042

Schedule 3 to the Pensions Act 2004 (restricted information held by the Regulator: certain permitted disclosures to facilitate exercise of functions) is amended in accordance with this article.

In the second column of the entry2 relating to any body carrying on activities concerned with any of the matters set out in section 16(2) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 20043etc—
a
in paragraph (e), for the words from “Institute of Actuaries” to the end substitute “Institute and Faculty of Actuaries4 (“Institute and Faculty”), or persons who are not such members but are subject to the rules of that body in performing actuarial functions (“members”),”, and
b
in paragraph (h), for “Institute or Faculty” in each place it occurs substitute “Institute and Faculty”.
