The Family Procedure Rule Committee makes the following rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 48 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 19821, sections 102 and 141(1) of the Adoption and Children Act 20022 and sections 75 and 76 of the Courts Act 20033, after consulting in accordance with section 79 of the Courts Act 2003.
