1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional and Saving Provision) Order 2012.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Localism Act 2011;
“the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(1);
“the 1996 Act” means the Housing Act 1996(2);
“the 2000 Act” means the Local Government Act 2000(3);
“the 2008 Act” means the Planning Act 2008(4).
