The Secretary of State makes this Order—
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 4) Order 2012 and comes into force on 10th January 2013.
Establishment of safety zone2

A safety zone is established around the installation specified in column 1 of the Schedule (being an installation stationed in waters to which subsection (7) of section 21 of the Petroleum Act 1987 applies) having a radius of five hundred metres, as respects that installation, from the point which has the co-ordinates of latitude and longitude according to the World Geodetic System 19845 specified in columns 2 and 3 of the Schedule.

The safety zone shall apply to the installation also when it is being dismantled in the waters referred to in paragraph (1).
Amendment of the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 20053
In the Schedule to the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 20056 omit the entry relating to Kittiwake SAL, Block 21/18a, Kittiwake Field in column 1 and its co-ordinates of latitude and longitude specified in columns 2 and 3.
Amendment of the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 20124
In the Schedule to the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 3) Order 20127 omit the entry relating to Galia Production Drill Centre, Block 30/24b, Galia Field in column 1 and its co-ordinates of latitude and longitude specified in columns 2 and 3.
