The Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2012
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st January 2013.
Amendment of Regulations2.
““Technical Instructions” means the 2013–2014 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation3;”.

These Regulations further amend the Air Navigation (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2002 by substituting the definition of “Technical Instructions” in those Regulations. The new definition refers to the 2013-2014 English language edition of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, approved and published by decision of the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
