14.—(1) The F1... declaration of conformity must state that it has been demonstrated that the requirements specified in Article 4 of the Directive have been met in relation to the EEE.
(2) The F1... declaration of conformity must also follow the structure, and include the information, specified in [F2Schedule 1A].
(3) The manufacturer must keep up to date the F1... declaration of conformity drawn up in relation to EEE.

(5) [F4A] F1... declaration of conformity in relation to EEE which is made available on the market F5... must be drawn up in or translated into English [F6or any other language agreed by the market surveillance authority].
