The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(1) of the Prison Act 19521.
Citation1.
This Order may be cited as the Closure of Prisons (HM Prison Wellingborough) Order 2012 and comes into force on 21st December 2012.
Closure of Prison2.
HM Prison Wellingborough, in Northamptonshire, is closed.
