Commencement3.
The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 14th December 2012—
(a)
sections 7 and 22;
(b)
section 30(1) so far as is necessary to bring into force paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of Schedule 4; and
(c)
section 30(2) so far as is necessary to bring into force the entry in Schedule 5 relating to section 336(3) of the Armed Forces Act 20062.
