Welsh and English versions of forms E+W

2.—(1) Each of the forms set out in the Schedule is prescribed as the form of the ballot paper which must be used at a PCC election in Wales in place of—

(a) in the case of form A, the form specified by rule 19(1)(a) of the PCC elections rules (ballot paper: three or more candidates);

(b) in the case of form B, the form specified by rule 19(1)(b) of the PCC elections rules (ballot paper: two candidates only).

(2) In paragraph (1)—

“PCC election” means an election of a police and crime commissioner in accordance with Chapter 6 of Part 1 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011;

“PCC elections rules” means the rules set out in Schedule 3 to the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012(1).
