The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113A(6) and 125 of the Police Act 1997(1) as extended and modified by the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Guernsey) Order 2009(2).

1997 c. 50. Section 113A was inserted by section 163(2) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c. 15). There are amendments but none relevant to these Regulations.
