This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Commencement No.3, Transitional, Savings and Transitory Provisions and Amendment) Order 2012.

In this Order—

• “the Act” means the Health and Social Care Act 2012;

• “the 2006 Act” means the National Health Service Act 20063;

• “the Second Commencement Order” means the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Commencement No.2 and Transitional, Savings and Transitory Provisions) Order 20124.
