Amendment of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Isle of Man) Order 20103.

The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Isle of Man) Order 20104 is amended as follows.

In article 1(4) for “upon the ending of the second transitional period” substitute “on such day as the Department of Home Affairs of the Isle of Man may by Order appoint”.
(3)
In article 2 the definitions of “the first transitional period” and “the second transitional period” are omitted.
(4)
Articles 6, 7 and 8 and Schedule 3 are revoked.
