In regulation 3(1)(b) of the NHS Business Services Authority (Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Busnes y GIG) Regulations 2005109 (disqualification of appointment), after “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order” add “, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
