34. In regulation 20(1) of the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004(1) (account provider ceasing to qualify), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)a debt relief order is made in respect of the person (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986);”.
