SCHEDULE 3 Amendment of disqualification provision made under an Act of Parliament

Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004

34.  In regulation 20(1) of the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004(1) (account provider ceasing to qualify), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) a debt relief order is made in respect of the person (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986);”.
