The Care Council for Wales (Appointment, Membership and Procedure) Regulations 200185 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5(1)(g) (disqualification from appointment) of the English language text of those Regulations, after “bankrupt” insert “, or has a debt relief order made in respect of him or her (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986),”.

In regulation 5(1)(g) of the Welsh language text of those Regulations (Rheoliadau Cyngor Gofal Cymru (Penodi, Aelodaeth a Gweithdrefn) 2001), after “fethdalwr” insert “, neu os yw gorchymyn rhyddhau o ddyled wedi ei wneud mewn perthynas ag ef (o dan Rhan 7A o Ddeddf Ansolfedd 1986),”.
