SCHEDULE 3 Amendment of disqualification provision made under an Act of Parliament

Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000

13.  In regulation 5(1)(b) of the Primary Care Trusts (Membership, Procedure and Administration Arrangements) Regulations 2000(1) (disqualification for appointment: chairman and non-officer members), for “or an interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
