19. In paragraph 2(3)(a) of Schedule 13 to the Local Government Act 1985(1) (residuary bodies – tenure of office of members), after “bankrupt or” insert “has had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him or”.
