11.  In Schedule 1 to the National Heritage Act 1980(1) (trustees of National Heritage Memorial Fund – tenure of office), after paragraph 3(4)(b) insert—

“(ba)he is a person in relation to whom a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986);”.
