Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(1), 272(7) and 273(1) of the National Health Service Act 20061.
In accordance with section 25(3) of that Act, the prescribed consultation has been completed2.
Citation, commencement and interpretation1.
(1)
This Order may be cited as the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2012 and comes into force on 17th September 2012.

In this Order “the Establishment Order” means the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 20113.
Amendment of article 4 of the Establishment Order2.
In article 4(1) of the Establishment Order (directors of the trust), for “4” substitute “5” in each place it appears.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2011 which established the Shropshire Community Health National Health Service Trust.
Article 2 increases the number of non-executive directors and the number of executive directors at the trust from 4 to 5 in each case.
