Coming into force
The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 19731.
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic Interest Grouping and European Public Limited-Liability Company (Fees) Revocation Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st October 2012.
Revocation2.
The European Economic Interest Grouping and European Public Limited-Liability Company (Fees) Revocation Regulations 20092 are revoked.
