eId="article-4-1-a"><num>(a)</num><content><p>carry out a review of Schedule 3A to the Terrorism Act 2000 and Schedule 9 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 as amended respectively by articles 2 and 3,</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-4-1-b"><num>(b)</num><content><p>set out the conclusions of the review in a report, and</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-4-1-c"><num>(c)</num><content><p>publish the report.</p></content></level></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-4-2"><num>(2)</num><content><p>In carrying out the review the Treasury must, so far as is reasonable, have regard to how  <ins class="substitution first last" ukl:ChangeId="key-685eaba9acb67e9e661b9eeaf8561933-1782920942523" and of the Council of 20th May 2015 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering or terrorist financing</ins>  (which is implemented in part by Part 3 of the Terrorism Act 2000 and Part 7 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002) is implemented in other member States.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="article-4-3"><num>(3)</num><intro><p>The report must in particular—</p></intro><level class="para1" eId="article-4-3-a"><num>(a)</num><content><p>set out the objectives intended to be achieved by Schedule 3A to the Terrorism Act 2000 and Schedule 9 to the Proceeds of Crime Act as amended by articles 2 and 3,</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-4-3-b"><num>(b)</num><content><p>assess the extent to which those objectives are achieved, and</p></content></level><level class="para1" eId="article-4-3-c"><num>(c)</num><content><p>assess whether those objectives remain appropriate and, if so, the extent to which they could be Order)</subheading><blockContainer ukl:Name="P"><p>This Order amends the definition of a business in the regulated sector for the purposes of Part 3 of the Terrorism Act <ref eId="c00002" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2000/11">2000 (c.11)</ref> (terrorist property) and Part 7 of the Proceeds of Crime Act <ref eId="c00003" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/ukpga/2002/29">2002 (c.29)</ref> (money laundering). Those Parts contain provisions relating to the reporting of suspicious activity, including requirements and offences specific to such businesses. The amendment includes estate agents selling property outside the <abbr class="acronym" title="United Kingdom">UK</abbr> within the scope of the definition.</p></blockContainer><blockContainer ukl:Name="P"><p>Article 4 requires the Treasury to review the operation and effect of Schedule 3A to the Terrorism Act 2000 and Schedule 9 to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 as amended by this Order and publish a report within five years after this Order comes into force and within every five years after that.</p></blockContainer><blockContainer ukl:Name="P"><p>An Impact Assessment of the effect that this Order (and associated amendments to the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 (<ref eId="c00004" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/uksi/2007/2157">
