These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 30th September 2012.

These Regulations revoke the Further Education Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) Regulations 2007. These Regulations required teachers to complete a minimum number of hours of continuing professional development (CPD) every year, maintain a record of such CPD and make that record available, as specified. They also required teachers to register and maintain registration with the Institute for Learning.
