23. Whether authorisation is granted in relation to—
(a)non-domestic properties only, or
(b)domestic and non-domestic properties,
and the date of authorisation.
24. For authorisation in relation to domestic properties—
(a)the number of the person’s consumer credit licence and the types of business authorised by that licence, or
(b)where a consumer credit licence is not required under section 21 of the 1974 Act(1), an entry on the register to that effect.
1974 c.39; section 21 was amended by the Consumer Credit Act 2006 (c.14), section 33(1). It is also amended by the Energy Act 2011 (c.16), section 26, which has not yet been commenced.
