The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 102 and 128(1) of the Land Registration Act 20021.

In accordance with section 102 of that Act, the Secretary of State has received the advice and assistance of the Rule Committee, appointed under section 1272 of that Act.

Also in accordance with section 102 of that Act, the Treasury has consented to the making of this Order.
