In paragraph (d) of article 3 of the Medicines for Human Use (Kava-kava) (Prohibition Order) 2002 M1, for the words following “subject” to the end of the article substitute “ of a marketing authorisation, certificate of registration, traditional herbal registration or Article 126a authorisation within the meaning of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. ”.
