Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976

47.  In article 2(2) of the Pharmacy (Northern Ireland) Order 1976(1), in the definition “retail pharmacy business” for “section 132(1) of the Medicines Act 1968” substitute “regulation 8(1) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”.
