Commencement of provisions2.
The following provisions of the Energy Act 2010 come into force on 16th July 2012—
(a)
sections 18 to 23; and
(b)
paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Schedule (and, so far as relating to them, paragraph 5 of the Schedule and section 35).
