Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 168 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005(1), section 66(4) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006(2) and section 118 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012(3), by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, makes the following Order:
