2.  In this Order—

“the 2008 Regulations” means the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 M1 ;

“the Act” means the Companies Act 2006;

“coming into force” means the coming into force of this Order;

“the designated body” means the Financial Reporting Council Limited; and

“LLPs” means limited liability partnerships.
