PART 37TRIAL AND SENTENCE IN A MAGISTRATES’ COURT

Evidence by admission

37.6.—(1) This rule applies where—

(a)a party introduces in evidence a fact admitted by another party; or

(b)parties jointly admit a fact.

(2) Unless the court otherwise directs, a written record must be made of the admission.
