Commencement of provisions U.K.

2.—(1) The provisions of the Act specified in paragraph (2) come into force on 30th June 2012.

(2) The provisions are—

(a) those listed in Schedule 1 to this Order, in so far as they are not already in force, and

(b) those listed in Schedule 2 to this Order.
