16.—(1) The Licensing Act 2003(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 13(4)(2) (vessels: responsible authorities), in paragraph (h)(iii), for “the British Waterways Board” substitute “Canal & River Trust”.

(3) In section 69(4)(3) (vessels: responsible authorities), in paragraph (h)(iii), for “the British Waterways Board” substitute “Canal & River Trust”.
