Section 12182 (application of foregoing sections to undertakers other than Railways Board, London Board and Waterways Board) is amended as follows.

In the heading, for the words from “undertakers” to the end substitute “other undertakers”.

In subsection (1)—
a
after “any reference to” insert “Canal & River Trust,”;
b
for “that Board” substitute “that body”.

In subsection (2), for “Boards”, in each place occurring, substitute “bodies”.
